Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this competition (the “Competition”) is Cyber Spartans Limited (the “Promoter”), located at Unit 1, Derwent Business Centre, Clarke Street, Derby, DE1 2BU.
1.2. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open only to businesses or individuals who are legal residents of United Kingdon and are aged 18 or older.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
3.1. The Competition will run from April 1st, 2025, to 31st August 2025 inclusive.
3.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must sign up for a minimum 12-month Vulnerability Assessment As a Service contract (“the Service”) with the Promoter that includes at least five (5) infrastructure scans per month (“Qualifying Service”).
4.2. Entrants who have signed a valid 12-month contract for the Qualifying Service within the Competition Period will automatically be entered into the Competition.
4.3. No other methods of entry are valid.

5. Contract Requirements
5.1. In order to be eligible for the prize, participants must fulfil all obligations under the Qualifying Service contract, including but not limited to the payment of monthly fees for a minimum term of 12 months and scheduling five (5) infrastructure scans per month.
5.2. Failure to maintain the Service contract in good standing (e.g., if the Service is cancelled or suspended before the minimum 12-month term) will result in disqualification.

6. Prize
6.1. The prize is one (1) Xbox Series X console (the “Prize”), subject to availability.
6.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unforeseen circumstances make the original Prize unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date.
7.2. The draw will take place on or around 1st September 2025].
7.3. The winner will be notified via email within 30 Days of the draw.
7.4. The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 30 days of notification. If no response is received or eligibility requirements are not met, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternate entrant.

8. Delivery of the Prize
8.1. The Prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided at the time of notification.
8.2. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of delivery if the winner provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

9. Publicity and Personal Data
9.1. By entering the Competition, entrants agree that their personal data may be stored and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Competition.
9.2. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the Competition, including having their name and business details published on the Promoter’s website, social media, or other promotional channels.

10. General
10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or who otherwise acts fraudulently or dishonestly in entering the Competition.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
10.3. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.4. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdon.
